About Us

Liz Alicea and Jeanna Sullivan have been active in property management since 2008, and have been licensed Realtors since 2002. Both have experience working with investors, owners that never expected to be landlords, and tenants. That experience is a valuable asset for clients, and they try to always ensure a superior level of customer service in all their dealings. 

Jeanna was born and raised in Clay County, and has always lived and worked in the greater Jacksonville area. She has a background in banking and is extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is currently raising a young family here, and has a lot of insight about how the different areas of town have grown.

Liz moved to this area from Ohio in 2002, and has enjoyed the Florida lifestyle ever since. She has a Master's of Business Administration, and uses that knowledge as well as experience gained in the corporate sector to assist landlords in reaching their financial goals. She also knows what it is like to raise a family in the area, and is proud to call this area her home!
